Identifying, creating and optimising real estate assets
Competent – reliable – spirited
Blue Estate is dedicated to sourcing properties that blend into their environments and, thanks to their quality and impact, have long-term marketability potential. We advise clients accordingly and develop future-focused concepts for preserving and enhancing assets.
The way we work can best be illustrated on the basis of an actual project. A client was looking for a property in the Stuttgart city centre to invest in. A sound structure and long-term market potential were certainly required. We found a property which various project developers had already advised should be demolished to make way for a new building. Our in-depth examination revealed the good layout of each floor, flexible letting options and optimum property utilisation. In addition, an existing tenant provided a sure source of financing up front.
Based on this key data, we developed planning specifications for a cost calculation, which of course also included feasibility and risk assessments. All of this aimed at ensuring successful implementation for the client. The property was purchased and let long-term to reputable companies.
In our role as project managers we provide customers with comprehensive support. We handle contract and award negotiations in the acquisition and building planning phases. We supervise budgets and coordinate planning and scheduling. We always liaise closely with customers to achieve the best possible quality.
